Elephants & Donkeys, oh my!
I bought these cookie cutters from Copper Gifts. We’re planning on making them as part of our Young Couples Ministry fundraiser at Church. It may be a little risky, and we’ll definitely make more elephants than donkeys, but I just couldn’t resist…they’re so cute. (and they have super fast service….I ordered them last Thursday and they arrived this Monday)
Hopefully they’ll turn out something like this. Does anyone know how to do this type of icing…it looks like they dipped the cookies into the icing instead of piping. anyone?

I bought the cookies from this local shop (http://www.theswissbakery.com/). And while I don’t know how they did the icing, I can tell you that they tasted terrible. It was very disappointing. The photos turned out well though!
