Theo Chocolate, because chocolate grows on trees


Theo Chocolates was the first organic and fair trade chocolate company in the U.S.  They, of course, are based out of Seattle, but sell their products everywhere. I picked up some of their 3400 Phinney bars at World Market last night, mostly because of the great design (see below).  Little did I know that I was also helping to save the earth and promote sustainable development. By the way ladies, they also do wedding favors.

The Phinney bars come in interesting flavors like: Coconut Curry, Bread & Chocolate, Chai, and Nib Brittle, among others. I bought the Coconut Curry Milk Chocolate and the Bread & Chocolate Dark Chocolate bars.
