I seriously love circus/carnival parties, they’re so fun and colorful - and there are so many different ways to do a carnival themed party.  This party from Armelle, uses some fun vintage details, and the ticket labels are so cute.  She even got her husband to learn how to make balloon animals, isn’t he sweet?
